#FrybreadFriday: Helen Makes Zaasakokwaan

July 01, 2011/ RPM

This week's #FrybreadFriday features the delightful Ojibwe Helen Roy, laughing and singing her way through making her frybread recipe.

From Manitoulin Island, Helen is an Ojibwe language teacher at Michigan State University, singer, translator, author, and, as seen here, bannock maker. She's amazing!

Yum.
